Senior Executive, Examinations and Assessments - Toa Payoh

This position is required to support the Year 3 Examinations and Assessments for the LKCMedicine MBBS programme.

Responsibilities:

• Administer processes and operations for the Year 3 examinations and assessments
• Support the implementation and review of examination policies and processes
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of examination and assessment data
• Process the nomination and award of prizes
• Provide secretariat support services to examination committees
• Manage the examination system
• Provide support in examination administration and events

Requirements:

• A recognised degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in education administration
• Knowledge and understanding of examinations and assessment administration, preferably gained in a higher education institution will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in statistics and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong aptitude and experience in IT and data management
• Resilient, meticulous and analytical
• Ability to multi-task and work independently under time pressure
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
