Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and building strategic partnerships.
- Expand client base and grow market share within the assigned territory (Southeast Asia/India).
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage expectations effectively.
- Provide technical consultation based on customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare costings, quotations, and technical proposals.
- Lead and support assigned projects to ensure successful execution.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover business opportunities.
- Propose and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Key Account Management to ensure alignment on regional strategies.
- Undertake any additional duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in the automotive electronics industry, preferably in business development or sales (Electrical/Electronics or related industries will also be considered)
- Proven track record in sales or business development within the automotive sector, particularly with clients in Southeast Asia or India
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to actively listen and respond to inquiries effectively
- Highly goal-driven, resilient, and dedicated to achieving results
- Self-motivated, independent, and passionate about success
- Collaborative team player with a results-driven approach
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Proactive and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under pressure in a structured and fast-paced environment
- Willing and able to travel frequently as required
