Responsibilities:

• Lead New Business Development and Emerging Market teams across APAC.
• Identify and grow key accounts in ASEAN, South Asia, and the Middle East.
• Build strategic partnerships with Pan-Asian retailers, global franchises, catering companies, distributors, and platforms.
• Utilize deep knowledge of the processed food industry to propose business opportunities and drive cross-border projects.
• Oversee initiatives such as product sales, private label proposals, brand collaborations, and logistics partnerships.
• Spearhead market entry into India: expand product lines, secure partners, and mentor local teams.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for future expansion into the Middle East.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or higher
• 10~15 years of experience in food companies in Pan Asian region or Global Food company or FMCG industry experience
• Willingness to travel for extended periods.
• Proactive and ambitious personality with growth mindset
