What We Expect From You:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations alongside Operations Manager, ensuring a seamless and refined guest experience in line with Merci Marcel’s high standards.
• Lead by example—guiding, training, and inspiring the team to deliver warm, attentive, and elevated service.
• Manage inventory and supply orders with precision, while maintaining impeccable cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with poise and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Monitor staff performance and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback to support growth and excellence.
• Uphold and enforce strict compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations, maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment.

What’s In It For You:

• Salary: $3,400 – $4,200 (5 days work week, 44 hours & no split shifts)
