Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant (AP) to support the finance team by maintaining accurate, well-organised, and audit-ready Accounts Payable records. Key duties include:

  • Process supplier invoices, payments, and staff claims (Accounts Payable).
  • Prepare and circulate AP and ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Support month-end and year-end AP closing activities (accruals, reconciliations, and reporting).
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist with year-end audit and other ad-hoc audits relating to AP.
  • Participate in periodic and year-end stock counts and support stock reconciliation.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment-related queries.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accountancy (local polytechnic) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant Accounts Payable experience.
  • SAP (FI/CO) experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and a team player.

  • Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Transport: One-way company transport pick-up from Clementi MRT
