1. Sales Assistant (Marine Valve) /Up $3,000 @Joo Koon

• Attend inquiries, quotations, and taking orders including fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
• Organize sales presentations and ensure presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
• Contact customers to inform on the procedural and to understand their level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales to monitor active purchase orders and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Report inventory or service issues to management or Sales Manager immediately
• Provide advice and assistance to customers with regard to technical issues.
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ leve with 1 year of sales support experience.

1. Export Sales Coordinator (Cleaning Equipment) /Up to $3,000 @Joo Koon

• Handle sales enquiries, generate quotations, and coordinate order consolidation.
• Ensure customer’s order is processed and invoiced accurately.
• Prepare shipping documents Bill of Lading, packing list, shipping certificate etc
• Updates on the cargoes estimated arrival / departure dates to all stakeholders.
• Liaise and coordinate with Logistics Department on delivery schedule and inventory matters.
• Ensure invoices from service providers (eg. freight forwarders) are submitted to Finance for processing.
• Processing warranty and insurance claims, and maintain records of all sales and shipping documents.
