Sales Coordinator

Salary: S$3,000 - S$3,500

Our client is a manufacturer specializing in steel products. They are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the smooth execution of sales operations.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating shipment arrangements, preparing export and import documentation, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow.

This role reports to the Sales Manager.

• Coordinate shipment schedules and liaise with transportation providers and warehouses
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and related documentation
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Organize and consolidate monthly shipment data and track workflow progress
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

• Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipment coordination or import/export operations
• Hands-on experience in shipment arrangement or shipping operations
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email applications

• Experience working in a steel processing or manufacturing environment
• Able to commence work within short notice (within 1 month)
