• Conduct asset management of IT infrastructure and computing devices, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and lifecycle management.
• Provide comprehensive computer support services, including troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing, and maintenance of both software and hardware.
• Collaborate effectively with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and enhance service delivery.
• Deliver training, coaching, and orientation sessions for users on the effective use of computer devices and software applications.
• Handle helpdesk duties efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of user queries and completing assigned tasks to the satisfaction of end-users.

• Nitec in Computer Science/ Information Technology will be preferred
• At least 6 months of IT support working experience
