Responsibilities:- Provide IT support for in-house desktops, laptops, printers and software.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and liaise with external IT vendors when needed.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide sales support.
- Prepare quotations, sales order and related documents.
- Coordinate with customers on orders and deliveries.
- Diploma in IT, Business or related field
- Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge and MS Office skills
- Organized, responsible and able to multitask
