Job Title: Sales Coordinator (High-Growth Environment)

• Support daily sales and procurement operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Liaise with suppliers and customers on quotations, pricing, and order requirements
• Track orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on payment-related matters
• Prepare reports, maintain accurate data records, and provide market insights
• Support inventory planning and logistics coordination
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and process accuracy
• Work closely with the Department Head and support business initiatives
• Take on ad hoc tasks and contribute proactively in a fast-paced environment

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Engineering background preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, procurement, or supply chain
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive in problem-solving
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Apple Numbers
• Open-minded, positive, and driven with a strong can-do attitude
• Able to adapt, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing company
