Business Development Executive

Job Description & Requirements

To support our growth, we are seeking a highlymotivated and experienced Business Development Executive to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for our products and services to meet business objectives.
• Assist to conceptualize, plan, and execute impactful marketing campaigns across various platforms, including our website and social media channels.
• Design and produce engaging promotional marketing materials such as brochures, proposals, and presentation slides.
• Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and tender interviews, showcasing our value proposition to prospective clients.
• Explore and integrate new technologies, sourcing innovative products to augment our cleaning solutions.
• Assist to generate creative and effective solutions to stay ahead in a competitive market.
• Collaborate closely with the team and undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with experience in the commercial cleaning industry or similar sectors.
• Proven ability to own projects, multitask effectively, meet tight deadlines, and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Strong coordinating skills for working seamlessly with multiple vendors and clients.
• Independent working capability, with the necessity to travel between various work locations.
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an attention to detail in document and presentation preparation.
• Technical knowledge in cleaning equipment, such as robot scrubbers, vending machines, and recycle booths, is highly beneficial.
• Flexibility to adapt to unusual working hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per business needs.
• A collaborative team player who can work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
