We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist who enjoys closing deals over the phone, Zoom or CRM systems — without the need for fieldwork.

• Conduct outbound calls, emails and follow-ups with potential leads
• Qualify prospects and understand their pain points and goals
• Deliver online presentations or demos when needed
• Convert leads into appointments or sales via remote channels
• Maintain pipeline records using CRM systems

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
• Prior experience in telesales, phone-based support or digital selling is a plus
• Strong time management and CRM software familiarity is preferred

• High basic + performance-based commissions
• Regular sales coaching and remote pitch training
• Growth pathway into hybrid or full account executive roles
