Sales Coordinator/ Inside Sales Executive (MNC) - Toa Payoh

Responsibilities:

• Attend to all customers' order enquiries via calls or emails.
• Acquires or process customers orders and coordinate with operations team on product/ service delivery.
• Prepare sales quotation and follow up with prospect clients to generate sales.
• Manage customer relationship to maintain long-term business goals.
• Assist to upsell company services to the existing clients based on their purchasing history.
• Prepare sales report and related documents.
• Reports to management on market trends, competitive pricing, and consumer feedback.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology or equivalent.
• With 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales Support or Inside Sales, preferably from IT-related industry.
