Are you an experienced ACMV professional looking to take ownership of challenging projects and advance your engineering career? We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Engineer (ACMV/HVAC) to lead project execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive successful project delivery across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and infrastructure developments in Singapore.
As part of an established engineering and fabrication specialist with strong capabilities in mechanical services and construction support, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects while developing your leadership and project management expertise.
What We Offer- Basic Salary up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus
- 5-Day Work Week (Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm)
- Exposure to Large-Scale ACMV Projects
- Lead the engineering and execution of ACMV/HVAC projects from commencement to completion.
- Plan, schedule, forecast, coordinate, and manage all technical and operational project activities.
- Supervise and provide guidance to Site Engineers and Site Supervisors.
- Monitor project costs, including material procurement and manpower utilization.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, and progress reviews with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and construction standards.
- Plan daily site activities and establish efficient construction methodologies.
- Maintain proper project records and documentation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of ACMV/HVAC project experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the Singapore construction industry.
- Knowledge or background in Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Possess strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence preferred.
