Corporate Sales Executive (Retail/ Luxury industry)

Our esteemed client in the Apparel/ Retail industry is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Corporate Sales Executive
• Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Rochor)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Commission + AWS

Job Responsibilities:

• Support key corporate clients through regular communication and relationship building
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation (e.g. purchase orders, contracts, invoices, packing lists)
• Coordinate with suppliers/factories to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery
• Monitor client sales performance and follow up on gaps to improve results
• Work with internal finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment collection
• Support distributors through training and ongoing engagement to ensure effective brand representation
• Identify potential OEM and new business opportunities
• Collaborate with production teams to translate customer needs into product specifications
• Assist in compliance matters such as product requirements and audits
• Explore opportunities for corporate gifting and new revenue streams
• Prepare weekly activity and sales reports

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma with minimum 2 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in a premium or consumer-focused industry
• Proficient with MS Office (Especially Excel)
