About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive with strong knowledge in Earth Control Measures (ECM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in construction-related sales and is familiar with local regulatory requirements and project processes.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ECM works
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and project owners
- Prepare quotations, proposals
- Follow up on leads and negotiate contracts to close sales
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

What We Offer:
- Base Salary: SGD 3,500–SGD 5,500 per month depending on experience.
- Incentives: Performance-based tied to quarterly sales targets.
- On-Target Earnings: SGD 57,500–SGD 83,500 annually, with potential for higher earnings for exceptional performers.
