The client is a newly set up power producer based out of Singapore, with the backing of a publicly listed company. They require a competent and experienced Office Adminstrator / Manager with a background in accounting to join their team. Their office is located in MacPherson. Please find below the job description:

  • Job Description:
  • - Office administration including Basic accounting such as invoicing, preparing and following up on Accounts Payables, Accounts Recieveables, Procurement and Human resource administration.
  • Talent acquisition and hiring as per MOM guidelines when required.
  • Full scope of HR function - including managing Employee profiles, HRM system, employee orientation, on boarding and off boarding and implementing HR policies as requried.
  • Maintain and update PDPA policy as required.
  • Payroll processing including CPF, levy submission and OT calculation if any. Filing of IR8A for employee yearly income tax, return and IR21 for foreign employees upon termination of employment.
  • Inventory & purchase of stationery and pantry/refreshment.
  • Petty cash, bank reconciliation, assist month end closing.
  • Apply and maintain company licenses as and when required.
