Position: Shipping/ Logistics Coordinator (Job ID: 19652)

Job Description:

Arrange and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and carriers
Prepare shipping documents including invoice, PL and AWB etc.
Communicate with suppliers, warehouse and customers
Issue delivery order (DO), purchase order (PO), and Sales Order (SO)
Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions
Response to email, phone call and updating weekly reports

Job Requirements:

Experience at lease 1 year in shipping, logistics or supply chain recommended
Familiar with international & domestic shipping terms a plus
Attention to details and accuracy
