Finance Executive (Contract to perm) #ez - Geylang
Your new company
Client is a market leader solution provider of multidiscipline support system, seeking to hire a Finance Executive contractor as an additional support.
Location: East/CentralWork Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
Contract duration: 6 months contract (convertible to perm)
Salary: up to $3,500 per month
Your new role
Document Management:
- Compile, organize, and upload documents to SharePoint and maintain version control.
- Ensure that documentation is consistently named, categorized, and archived according to company standards.
- Track submission deadlines and maintain document logs or registers.
- Assist with internal audits by retrieving and preparing required documentation.
Compliance Support:
- Maintain records related to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Assist in preparing reports, certifications, and other documentation for audits or inspections.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of compliance-related documents.
Finance Administration:
- Support basic finance processes such as invoice tracking, expense claims, and document reconciliations.
- Maintain and file finance-related documents including payment records, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
HR Administration:
- Help organize HR files and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance and/or administrative roles
