Geylang - Senior Finance Executive

About the Role

Our client is a global leader in sustainable manufacturing and production, with operations across multiple regions worldwide. They are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive to support the finance operations of the Singapore entity and help drive business performance in a dynamic, multinational environment.

This is a pipeline role, with hiring expected to begin in early 2026. We welcome expressions of interest from qualified candidates ahead of the official launch.

• Handle full sets of accounts, ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare management reports, financial statements, and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in liaising with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
• Work closely with supply chain and operations teams on cost analysis and inventory management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the finance function.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACCA/CPA qualification is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or production sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting, tax, and GST regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents will be considered for this role.
