- Lead the full design process from concept through to completion with a strong emphasis on spatial planning and furnishings for in-house Hospitality projects.
- Translate designs into drawings, layouts and detailed documentation.
- Create FF&E concepts and presentations.
- Source and propose furniture, fixtures, equipment and accessories.
- Prepare mood boards, hand sketching, images and detailed FF&E schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers and consultants on sourcing and procurement.
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 4 years of relevant experience in hospitality projects
- Highly proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD and Photoshop
- Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills
