In-house Legal Counsel

A leading, fast-growing MNC in the battery technology and electrification space is looking to hire a Legal Counsel to support its expanding APAC operations.

With active operations spanning manufacturing, supply chain, project development and strategic partnerships internationally, the business is investing heavily into the future of electrification and sustainable energy infrastructure. • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including supply, sales, NDA, service, term sheet and JV documentation
• Advise business stakeholders on legal risk and practical commercial solutions
• Support cross-border transactions, partnerships and expansion initiatives across APAC
• Partner with procurement, finance, operations and management teams on day-to-day legal matters
• Assist with governance, compliance and legal operations matters

• Qualified lawyer with a recognised law degree; Singapore qualification preferred
• 5+ years’ PQE from private practice and/or in-house
• Strong commercial contracts and negotiation experience
• Commercially minded, hands-on and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
