1 Year Contract – Customer Service Officer (Warehouse Admin)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (5-day work week)
Work Location: Changi Alps
Salary: $2,000 – $2,400/month (depending on experience)
Job Scope:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle shipment coordination for sea and air freight.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and customers on shipment updates.
- Support other warehouse administrative and logistics-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in warehouse administration / logistics / customer service preferred.
- Familiar with order processing and shipment coordination.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
