Customer Service Executive
Location: International Plaza (Directly Above Tanjong Pagar MRT)Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: SGD 2,800 – SGD 4,000 per month

- Customer Support Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service and provide orientation to business clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Drive Business Processes: Manage and execute transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Take ownership of ad-hoc duties and assist the team to achieve overall success in meeting client needs.
- Experience: At least 1 year of corporate secretarial or customer service experience in the corporate services industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma with certification, or equivalent qualifications in corporate secretarial work.
- Skills:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken, written, and reading) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Fluency in Cantonese and Bahasa Malay is a plus.
- Knowledge of BizFile, XBRL, Microsoft Office, and Chinese word processing is a plus.
- Personal Traits:
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Organised with strong time management and multitasking skills.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professionalism: Committed to delivering high-quality work and upholding the company’s reputation.
