We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to join our team and support our Director in managing day-to-day activities and responsibilities.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Location: Downtown

Job Description
  • Manage and organize the C-suite executives ' schedules
  • Attend to executives family members' school/medical matters
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Draft and prepare official correspondences, reports, and presentations (if required)
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, visa application, accommodations, and transportation
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments assigned independently and professionally
Job Requirements
  • Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration or related qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal assistant or similar role supporting C-Suite executives
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates during daily communication
  • Proficient in using MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
