We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to join our team and support our Director in managing day-to-day activities and responsibilities.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pmLocation: Downtown
Job Description- Manage and organize the C-suite executives ' schedules
- Attend to executives family members' school/medical matters
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Draft and prepare official correspondences, reports, and presentations (if required)
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, visa application, accommodations, and transportation
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments assigned independently and professionally
- Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration or related qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal assistant or similar role supporting C-Suite executives
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates during daily communication
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
