Sales Support Admin, Pasir Ris
Salary up to $2,500/month
5 days' work week (Mon – Thu) 830am – 6pm, Fri 830am – 530pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter information accurately into data collection or inventory management systems
- Report daily operational abnormalities to the appropriate persons.
- Responds to daily operational issues as directed.
- Support daily Order Tracking and Delivery Coordination as directed.
- Request for Quotation from appropriate person.
- Printing and filing of shipping documents in accordance to customer’s compliance.
- Adhoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Organized, meticulous and sense of urgency
- Effective communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in freight forwarding industry is a plus
- Self-reliant and ability to cope independently
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel)
- Candidate must be able to work on weekends, if required
