What you’ll be doing

Handle incoming calls/emails/Livechat in a timely and professional manner
Assist users with enquiries and guide them on products/services
Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication

Requirements

Entry level welcome
Confortable with contact centre setting or handle high call volume
Singaporean only
