What you'll be doing?- Support Users: Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support to end users, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage Tickets: Monitor and manage the internal ticketing system, supporting issues related to various manufacturing systems.
- Data Analysis: Extract and analyze system transaction data using basic SQL queries to assist in issue resolution.
- Network Monitoring: Monitor network and server performance, ensuring smooth operations for production and testing environments.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve production-related IT issues, including label printing and system faults.
- Asset Management: Manage IT assets, including procurement, installation, configuration, and inventory tracking.
- Knowledge Base: Maintain and update internal knowledge base articles, collaborating with teams on recurring issues.
- Education: A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk or end-user support, with basic SQL knowledge.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP) and Windows system administration.
- Manufacturing Systems: Exposure to manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, WMS) is an advantage.
