Job Details:

Contract: 1 year + UP to 1 month completion bonus
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9 am to 6 pm
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio

Job Scope:

Order management - closing of orders and invoicing
To follow up with native Korean speaking customers and business partners to manage quotations, order fulfilment, part returns management and collections follow up
The focal point for external customers & business partners on quotations, order acceptance, order fulfilment, part returns management & collections follow-up.
To respond to quotation requests & ensure that pricing, discounts, terms & conditions comply with company policies.
To communicate & negotiate with external customers & divisions on products delivery dates.
To implement key processes in Customer Services & be pro-active in initiating & leading projects to improve & streamline order management tasks.
