Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with employers and overseas agents.
Key Responsibilities- Source and screen candidates for various job openings
- Conduct phone interviews and arrange interviews with employers
- Coordinate with Singapore HQ and hiring managers
- Maintain communication with overseas recruitment agents
- Prepare candidate profiles and update recruitment reports
- Assist with digital marketing recruitment campaigns
- Diploma or higher in any field
- Fresh graduates or interns are welcome
- Good communication skills (Mandarin & English; Malay is an advantage)
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or manpower industry
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic salary $1000 + performance incentives
- Professional HR and recruitment training
- Clear growth progression to Senior Recruiter / Team Leader
- Internship certification provided
