Job Overview

You will act as a key partner to hiring managers and ensure we hire the right people, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and community networks.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the process.

• Build and maintain a talent pool for key operational and specialist roles.
• Support employer branding initiatives as an attractive employer.
• Represent the company at career fairs, campus recruitment events, and community job drives.

• Prepare employment contracts, pre-employment checks, and induction materials.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Work with operations managers to track probation progress and provide support.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment legislation.
• Support other HR functions as required (payroll, training, employee engagement).

Requirement:

1. At least 3-5 years related recruitment experience
2. Able to travel within Singapore Islandwide for hiring process.
3. Familiar with Singapore Labor Law and recruitment metrics.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
