Production (QC Clerk /Grinding /Plant Maintenance /QC Technician)

1. QC Technician (Monthly Rotation) /Up to $3,500 @Joo Koon

• Morning (7am
• 3pm); Afternoon (3pm
• 11pm ($8.50/day); Night (11pm
• 7am ($14/day)
• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
• Inspect, audits, and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Identify quality issues and non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Utilise SPC techniques to analyse production processes, identify trends, and detect variations.
• Generate & analyse SPC charts and data to assess process stability and make recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with QMS requirements including ISO 9001 standards
• Participate in audits to verify adherence to QMS procedures and standards
• Calibrate measurement and inspection equipment used in quality control activities.
• Maintain records of quality control activities, inspection results, and non-conformities

1. QC Clerk (Office Hour) Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm /Up to $3,000

• Handling quality documents, test reports, and data entry.
• Assisting technicians in auditing products or raw materials.
• Supporting quality control activities in production areas

1. Grinding Technician/ Mon-Fri; 7am to 3pm /Up $3,200 - Entry @Joo Koon

• Start up & shut down a grinding machine according to the guideline
• Lubrication and maintenance of machine and wheel dressing and machine setup etc.
• Perform grinding operations to components such as Inner/Outer Bore or Roller Path, etc.
• Ensure established parameters, minimal scrap and acceptable levels of output.
• Load parts into feeder or loading chute; cycle machine or engage automatic feed.
• Replace worn grinding wheels and activates present dressing devices to dress wheels
• Monitor machine whether adjustments are require or stop machine operations.
• Inspect and measure workpieces to ensure that surfaces and dimensions meet specifications.
• Lead on maintenance improvement projects and process improvement activities.

1. Plant Maintenance Technician /Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm /Up $3,200 - Entry @Joo Koon

• Training at Chai Chee for 1st 6 months
• Daily routine check of machinery to ensure that all apparatus and equipments are working.
• Attend to all task, complaints, breakdown and monthly preventive maintenance schedule.
• Analyse & troubleshoot for performance & counter measures to rectify issues.
• Report to Supervisor for rectification of faults when own initiative could not resolve.
• Ensure safety of operation after repair accordance to standard.
• Assist in planning of systematic maintenance schedule for machine.
• Maintain and submit daily machine problem analysis reports to Supervisor.
• Attend meetings, reviews, discussions and co-ordinate with Production Supervisor.
• Perform instructions as may be required by superior.
