A Business Operations Analyst in jewellery

analyzes data (sales, inventory, market trends) to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and boost revenue, focusing on tasks like demand forecasting, inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, KPIs, stock levels, margins, and customer behavior; create dashboards and reports for management.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, propose automation, document workflows, and implement new tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Inventory & Demand Management: Forecast product demand, manage stock allocation, analyze aging stock, and support product launches.
Sales & Marketing Support: Analyze sales tactics, support promotions, assist with brand ambassador rostering, and provide data for marketing strategies.
Vendor & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
Strategic Support: Conduct market research, provide insights for business planning, and support new store openings/closings.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Education: Master's degree in Business.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Anaplan.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, business acumen, and attention to detail.
Experience: Prior experience in retail, wholesale, or luxury goods is often preferred.
