Job Summary
The Business Operations Executive will be part of the COO Office – Business Operation Support team, supporting the Group’s operational coordination across multiple outlets.
This role will assist in coordinating operational matters between the Head Office and outlets, as well as managing licensing administration, lease tracking, facilities maintenance coordination, and general head office operational support.
The successful candidate will work closely with outlet management teams, internal departments, landlords, vendors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth business operations and regulatory compliance across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Coordination- Support the COO Office in coordinating operational matters across the Group’s outlets.
- Act as a liaison between Head Office and outlet management teams to ensure effective communication and follow-up on operational matters.
- Assist in monitoring operational issues and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage and track business licenses and operational permits across all outlets.
- Coordinate license applications, renewals, and required documentation.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities where necessary.
- Maintain records of outlet lease agreements and monitor lease expiry timelines.
- Assist in coordinating lease renewal processes.
- Support communication with landlords or mall management when required.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair matters across outlets.
- Arrange maintenance schedules and liaise with vendors or service providers.
- Monitor maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up.
- Provide operational and administrative support for Head Office.
- Assist in maintaining an efficient and well-organized office environment.
- Support general office operational coordination when required.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, meeting materials, and internal documentation.
- Support cross-department coordination and operational projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
- 2–5 years of relevant working experience in operations coordination, administration, or multi-outlet support roles.
- Experience in retail, F&B, entertainment, hospitality, or multi-outlet businesses will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with licensing processes or regulatory matters in Singapore is preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
