Singapore International Arbitration Centre invites applications to join the Centre as:

ASSISTANT MANAGER/SENIOR EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCES

We are looking for a HR practitioner who has a strong passion in human resources to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR Team in periodic reviews of HR policies and procedures
  • Undertakes new HR initiatives to improve the work standards across all SIAC offices
  • Work with HR Team to execute HR projects like job redesigning
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly reports, HR budgets and forecasts
  • Proposes staff welfare benefits to ensure competitiveness
  • Work with HR Team in training and development plans
  • Organise staff retreats or any staff-related events/engagement sessions
  • Conceptualise ideas and implement initiatives to improve communication and engagement, increase bonding, and elevate team morale amongst staff
  • Any other work assigned by HR Team or the Senior Management

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A recognised University Degree in Business Management or Human Resources
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HR, with a focus in training & development
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, self-driven, commitment to excellence, and meticulous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure
