We are hiring for a passionate Part Time Visit Operations Officer to join our growing team.

Part-Time schedule

Working Hours 8.00am - 5.00pm
Roster: 2 weekdays + 1 Sat (2+1) OR 3 weekdays + 1 Sat (3+1)

Job Description

Perform verification checks of visitors' identities, eligibility and registration.
Address any queries from visitors
Assist in appointment bookings, cancellation and updating
Processing, packaging and dispatch of items and documents

Requirements

Min 'N'/ 'O' / NITEC level
Customer - focused
