✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist passengers & visitors with queries and directions
• Share flight info & recommend airport dining/retail options
• Respond via calls, emails, chatbot & social media
• Handle on-site incidents & medical emergencies
• Support daily operations and take on ad-hoc duties

✅ Requirements:

• GCE “O” Level & at least 1 year of customer service experience
• Confident and comfortable interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds
• Able to work rotating shifts
