Assistant Marketing Manager

Central Location (Entertainment Industry)

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development of a structured, data-driven marketing function and oversee the performance of our marketing team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review and optimize existing marketing workflows (campaign planning, brand communications, outlet coordination, CRM management) and establish standardized SOPs and collaboration processes
  • Build a structured marketing project management system and strengthen cross-department coordination with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other teams
  • Implement suitable marketing tools and dashboards for performance tracking and real-time data monitoring
  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies and translate them into measurable targets
  • Establish data-driven KPIs and goal-tracking frameworks by brand, channel, and campaign type
  • Lead and manage a marketing team of 5–7 members, including daily supervision, performance reviews, coaching, and capability development
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent, while addressing underperformance where necessary
  • Partner with HR to implement a transparent, performance-based evaluation and reward system
  • Foster a culture focused on problem-solving, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor major marketing projects through milestones and performance dashboards
  • Take ownership of marketing performance metrics such as ROI, brand visibility, and customer traffic conversion
  • Provide regular performance updates to the General Manager and recommend systematic improvements
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the F&B or entertainment brick-and-mortar industry (e.g., KTV, bars, restaurants, live houses, beverage chains)
  • At least 2 years of team management experience with direct responsibility for performance evaluation

  • Systems Thinking: Ability to build structured processes and mechanisms that deliver sustainable improvements
  • Goal & Performance Management: Experience using frameworks such as OKRs or KPIs to translate strategy into measurable outcomes
  • Data Analysis Skills: Able to interpret marketing data and assess business performance beyond vanity metrics
  • Strong Communication & Leadership: Capable of working effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams while implementing systems and standards
