Our client, a renowned multinational oil company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a strong foundation in accounting to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily issuance of sales invoices and update invoice/payment registers.
• Maintain and reconcile daily sales, purchase books, and monthly financial records, including Physical, Paper, and Opex transactions.
• Oversee monthly inventory maintenance and valuation to ensure accurate reporting.
• Perform physical fair value assessments and reconcile suspense accounts, ensuring freight costs are properly captured.
• Monitor and track the due dates of invoices to maintain efficient cash flow.
• Undertake ad-hoc accounting duties as required to support the team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Holds a Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid technical knowledge of accounting principles; familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP is preferred.
• Exceptional numeracy skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrates initiative in problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and thrives as a team player.
