We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Corporate Planning & Development division as a Manager, Learning & Development on a 1-year contract. This role supports the delivery and coordination of learning, leadership development, and career development initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and administer learning programmes, including session scheduling, participant registration, and liaison with facilitators and vendors
- Support the planning and execution of leadership development initiatives such as workshops, coaching sessions, and development programmes for officers at various levels
- Assist in the development and implementation of functional competency frameworks across job families by working with subject matter experts to define competencies and proficiency levels
- Support the administration of 360-degree feedback processes, including coordination of feedback cycles, survey distribution, report compilation, and debrief support
- Assist in career development initiatives such as career conversations and mentoring programmes
- Maintain learning management systems (LMS), track participation and completion rates, and prepare reports and presentations
- Provide logistical and administrative support for learning events and respond to participant queries
- Support evaluation of programme effectiveness through feedback collection and analysis
- Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesise inputs from multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with learning management systems, competency frameworks, or 360-degree feedback tools is an advantage
- Prior experience in learning & development, talent management, competency development, or event coordination will be beneficial
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Work Location: Alexandra Road
- Salary Range: $4,800 – $7,700 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
- Contract Duration: 1 year
