Job Responsibilities:
- Support senior leadership in strategy formulation and initiative implementation
- Plan and facilitate strategic retreats, Town Halls, and Dialogue Sessions, ensuring follow-through on key outcomes
- Conceptualise and link ideas, people, and resources to help departments realise their vision
- Provide secretariat support for management and committee meetings
- Coordinate hospital-level events
- Plan and manage departmental budgets, and logistics
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- At least 6 years’ experience in strategy, planning, or corporate administration (healthcare experience a plus)
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
- Collaborative, proactive, meticulous and organised, with the ability to work alongside senior leadership and with colleagues from different departments
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and video conferencing and webinar software such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
