Job Summary

Support pre-distribution and supply chain operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products for clinical trials. This role involves coordination of order processing, shipment documentation, and system updates within a regulated environment.

• Process and manage orders using internal systems
• Maintain shipment logs, including tracking, scheduling, and status updates
• Prepare shipping documentation such as invoices, airway bills, and import permits
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and follow up on pending deliveries
• Perform system updates, troubleshooting, and data maintenance
• Support clinical trial set-up and operational workflows
• Maintain accurate documentation, checklists, and records
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support ad-hoc tasks

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Life Sciences, or related field
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or pharmaceutical environment preferred
