Supply Chain Executive or Senior

Job Description (JD)

1. Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive / Senior Executive to support our procurement, logistics, and inventory operations.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain product costing and pricing analysis
• Support budgeting and cost comparison for procurement decisions
• Monitor cost fluctuations and highlight variances
• Assist in improving cost efficiency across supply chain operations

• Source, evaluate, and engage suppliers for materials and services
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
• Track order status and follow up with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies

• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and documentation
• Liaise with logistics providers and freight forwarders
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve delays
• Support import/export documentation where applicable

• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery timelines)
• Assist in supplier evaluation and onboarding
• Handle basic negotiation and issue resolution

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
• Support stock planning and replenishment
• Work closely with warehouse team on stock accuracy
• Assist in stock take and reconciliation exercises

• Prepare regular reports (costing, inventory, purchasing status)
• Maintain accurate records of procurement and logistics activities
• Use Excel to analyze data and generate insights
• Ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes

1. Requirements

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in supply chain / purchasing / logistics
• Fresh graduates with strong attitude are welcome to apply

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot table preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of inventory and warehousing concepts
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
• Good communication and coordination skills

• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong ownership mindset

1. Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Diploma / Degree in any field
• Experience in ERP systems or inventory systems
• Exposure to project-based or engineering environment

1. Position Level Guideline

• Executive: 1–2 years experience, requires guidance
• Senior Executive: Able to work independently, handle supplier coordination and costing with minimal supervision

• Reports to: COO
• Works closely with: Finance, Project Team, Warehouse, and Vendors
