You will take full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain ecosystem, with a critical emphasis on high-precision production planning and supply optimisation.

Lead the demand forecasting and production scheduling to ensure optimal balance between global supply and sales requirements.
Manage the full "fetch" supply chain, including procurement, inbound/outbound logistics, and fulfilment activities.
Source and evaluate suppliers while proactively managing risks related to single-source or long-lead materials.
Oversee warehouse operations and analyse inventory turnover to align with business goals and reduce obsolescence.
Implement supply chain performance KPIs and drive the enhancement of digital systems and tools to improve efficiency.
Act as a core member of the management team, leading and developing a group of 9 direct and indirect reports

skills and experience required ...

Min. 8 years of supply chain management experience within manufacturing environment, and a proven strength in production planning.
Prior experience in Medical/Pharmaceutical sector is highly preferred.
