We are representing our client in the pharmaceutical industry in seeking the following:
Administrative Support (Events)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate of events (Medical events only)
- Manage event registration processes: create registration forms/pages, process registrations, handle cancellations
- Process supplier invoices, expense claims, honoraria and event-related payments; reconcile invoices against budgets and contracts; raise purchase orders where required.
- Maintain event documentation and post-event reports on company platform, including attendee lists, invoices & agreements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements where applicable.
- Support coordination of medical/scientific meeting requirements (e.g., honoraria, site approvals, meeting venue logistics, letters, service agreements, payments) in collaboration with Medical Affairs or Compliance teams, escalating any compliance queries.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the medical team in relation to medical events.
- Monitoring of safety mailbox
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in administration/ hospitality or equivalent
- Some knowledge about basic computer operation like excel, welook atc
- 2-3 years working experience in Office Administration tasks
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent Presentation skills, a self-starter & self-motivated
