Business Development Executive

• Location: Paya Lebar (Singapore Office)

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Office + Work-from-Home)
• Basic Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 SGD

1. Commission: Performance-based (estimated $5,000 – $10,000 every 6 months, uncapped)

Job scope:

• Identify, develop, and manage new client opportunities to grow sales pipeline
• Execute structured sales outreach plans, including client meetings and direct marketing
• Respond to RFQs with creative and tailored business proposals
• Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions
• Develop targeted strategies to attract and convert new business leads

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple sales channels
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and pitch materials
• Track and manage leads using CRM systems

• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
• Contribute ideas for business growth and new opportunities
• Participate in performance reviews and continuous development planning
• Share insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams
