Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Coordinator.

• Manage and prepare comprehensive shipping documentation, including Delivery Orders, Invoices, Packing Lists, and Quotations.
• Coordinate Export/Import documentation effectively.
• Oversee delivery schedule management to ensure timely operations.
• Maintain control sheets and manage inventory, as well as update sales and purchase data in the system.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as directed by management.

• Possess a minimum Diploma qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination.
• Familiarity with Export/Import operations is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
