We are looking for a Security Supervisor. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating security operations, ensuring the protection of people, property, and assets across all areas. Job Responsibilities:
- Safeguard and protect the hotel's property and assets.
- Conduct daily briefings for contracted Security Officers, detailing hotel events and any operational necessities within the department.
- Implement high standards of loss prevention to ensure the well-being of guests, associates, stakeholders, and hotel assets.
- Respond promptly to fire and panic alarm activations.
- Manage lost and found properties efficiently.
- Execute VVIP duties for foreign dignitaries.
- Address concerns related to guest room electronic locks and room safes.
- Conduct regular hazard checks and audits of security equipment.
- Coach, motivate, and educate contracted Security Officers to uphold service standards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum “N” or “O” Level education or equivalent.
- Possess a valid PLRD license and have passed the WSQ Security Supervisor course.
- Ex-military, SCDF, or Police personnel would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in security, preferably in a hospitality or similar high-end environment.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Knowledge of security procedures and surveillance equipment.
- Proficient in investigation and report writing.
