Security Supervisor - Toa Payoh

We are looking for a Security Supervisor. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating security operations, ensuring the protection of people, property, and assets across all areas. Job Responsibilities:

• Safeguard and protect the hotel's property and assets.
• Conduct daily briefings for contracted Security Officers, detailing hotel events and any operational necessities within the department.
• Implement high standards of loss prevention to ensure the well-being of guests, associates, stakeholders, and hotel assets.
• Respond promptly to fire and panic alarm activations.
• Manage lost and found properties efficiently.
• Execute VVIP duties for foreign dignitaries.
• Address concerns related to guest room electronic locks and room safes.
• Conduct regular hazard checks and audits of security equipment.
• Coach, motivate, and educate contracted Security Officers to uphold service standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum “N” or “O” Level education or equivalent.
• Possess a valid PLRD license and have passed the WSQ Security Supervisor course.
• Ex-military, SCDF, or Police personnel would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in security, preferably in a hospitality or similar high-end environment.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Knowledge of security procedures and surveillance equipment.
• Proficient in investigation and report writing.
