Our client is an International Freight Forwarding and Logistics company. They are looking for a Sales Manager, Freight Forwarding to be based in the Singapore office.

Job Responsibilities- Develop new customers within the industry vertical and target customers.
- Develop, build rapport and nurture long – term partnerships with the target existing accounts and continually expanding the account share.
- Organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
- Ensure personal and team sales targets and KPIs are met.
- Provide rate quotes to customers and potential customers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in logistics or supply chain management with a minimum 7 - 9 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics industry
- At least 3 years in management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of selling freight forwarding solutions.
- Prior ocean freight forwarding (LCL and FCL) experience is required.
- Prior experience Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry is a must.
- Driven and self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
